इस बात के कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि इस बार अकादमिक सत्र 2020 छोटा हो सकता है। माना जा रहा है कि जुलाई की जगह सितंबर से उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में सेशन शुरू हो सकता है।
कोरोना वायरस का असर विद्यार्थियों पर भी दिख रहा है। लॉकडाउन के चलते छात्र-छात्राएं घरों में रहने के लिए मजबूर हैं। कई कॉलेजों में परिक्षाएं शुरू हो चुकी थी तो कई में शुरू होने वाली थी। लेकिन लॉकडाउन के चलते यह संभव नहीं हो सका। कोरोना वायरस को लेकर यूनिवर्सिटी ग्रांट कमीशन (यूजीसी) की तरफ से कमेटी गठित की गई है। यूजीसी ने कुछ समय पहले दो पैनल बनाए थे।
इग्नू के कुलपति नागेश्वर राव और हरियाणा यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलपति आरसी कुहाड की अध्यक्षता में ये पैनल बनाए गए। इन्हें वो तरीके तलाश करने का काम दिया गया था जिनसे लॉकडाउन के बीच यूनिवर्सिटिज में परिक्षाएं कराई जा सके। ऑनलाइन एजुकेशन बेहतर करने के तरीकों के साथ ही वैकल्पिक अकादमिक कैलेंडर तैयार करने का काम भी दोनों पैनल को दिया गया था। बता दें, 24 अप्रैल को दोनों पैनल यूजीसी को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप चुके हैं। जिसके बाद अब यूजीसी इस रिपोर्ट पर समीक्षा कर रही है और समीक्षा के बाद यूजीसी की तरफ स नई गाइडलाइन तैयार की जाएंगी।
यूजीसी इस बात पर विशेष ध्यान रख रही है कि कोविड-19 की वजह से कॉलेजों / विश्वविद्यालयों में जारी शैक्षणिक सत्र और नए शैक्षणिक सत्र 2020 पर जो बुरा असर पड़ा है उससे कैसे निपटा जाए। यूजीसी इस बात का ध्यान रख रही है कि ऐसा क्या किया जाए जिससे विद्यार्थियों का समय भी खराब ना हो और उन्हें शिक्षा में सहायता मिले। इस बात के कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि इस बार अकादमिक सत्र 2020 छोटा हो सकता है। माना जा रहा है कि जुलाई की जगह सितंबर से उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में सेशन शुरू हो सकता है। इस बात की सिफारिश खुद यूजीसी की तरफ से नियुक्त पैनल ने की है। इस पैनल का कहना है कि अबकी बार नया शैक्षणिक सत्र देरी से शुरू करना चाहिए। Hindi News
