दिल्ली के करिअप्पा ग्राउंड से NCC के कैडेट्स के कार्यक्रम में शिरकत करने पहुंचे देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पड़ोसी देश पाकिस्तान पर जमकर हमला बोला. पीएम मोदी ने NCC कैडेट्स को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि हमारा पड़ोसी देश हमसे तीन-तीन युद्ध में पराजय हो चुका है. और हमारी सेनाओं को उसे धूल चटाने में हफ्ते-दस दिन से ज्यादा समय नहीं लगता है. साथ ही पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि इसके बाद वह हमारे खिलाफ छद्म युद्ध करता है जिसमें हमारे हजारों सैनिक-नागरिको मारे गए हैं.

J&K पर पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि कश्मीर भारत की मुकुटमणि है. आजादी के 70 साल बाद वहां से आर्टिकल 370 हटाया गया है. मोदी ने आगे कहा “हम जानते हैं कि हमारा पड़ोसी देश हमसे तीन-तीन युद्ध हार चुका है, हमारी सेनाओं को उसे धूल चटाने में हफ्ते-दस दिन से ज्यादा समय नहीं लगता. इसलिए वो हमारे खिलाफ छद्म युद्ध लड़ता है, इस युद्ध में हमारे हजारों सैनिक-नागरिक मारे गए. भारत मां लहूलुहान होती गई.”
मोदी ने आगे कहा कि पहले के समय चारों तरफ आतंकवादी, हिंसा, अलगाववादियों द्वारा प्रदर्शन, तिरंगे का अपमान और घोटाले की खबरें आया करती थीं. अगर कोई बीमारी ठीक नहीं हो तो वह गंभीर रूप धारण कर लेती है. समस्याओं को इस तरह से नहीं लिया जा सकता है. कश्मीर में समस्य़ाएं थीं मगर वहां के कुछ परिवारों ने इन समस्याओं को बनाएं रखा और इस पर राजनीति करते रहे. जिससे आतंकियों की हिम्मत बढ़ते चली गई. लाखों लोगों को बेघर किया गया और सरकार कुछ नहीं कर सकी.

अब टकराए तो खत्म हो जाएगा
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि अब टाला नहीं जा सकता है. मोदी ने आगे कहा कि “युवा देश बदलना चाहता है, स्थितियां बदलना चाहता है. और इसलिए उसने तय किया है कि अब टाला नहीं जाएगा, अब टकराया जाएगा, निपटा जाएगा”.
30 साल से वायुसेना को नहीं मिला नया विमान
पीएम मोदी ने 30 साल से भारत को नए फाइटर प्लेन न मिलने पर अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि “हर राष्ट्रभक्त चाहेगा कि उसके देश की सेनाएं सशक्त हों, लेकिन 30 साल से हमारी वायुसेना को नए विमान नहीं मिले. फाइटरजेट खराब और पुराने होते गए, कई पायलट शहीद हो गए.मुझे संतोष है कि आज हमें नेक्स्ट जनरेशन फाइटर जेट मिल गया है. पिछली सरकारों ने जवानों को बुलेट प्रूफ जैकेट तक नहीं दिए. हमारी सरकार ने इस कमी को पूरा किया. अब तो दूसरे देशों में भी जैकेट निर्यात की जा रही हैं.”

NCC को बताय युवाओं सशक्त मंच
पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि जिस देश के युवाओं में डिसिप्लीन हो, दृढ इच्छाशक्ति और निष्ठा हो उस देश को आगे बढ़ने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता है. NCC के मंच को पीएम मोदी ने युवाशक्ति में अनुशासन, देश के प्रति समर्पण की भावना को मजबूत करने वाला मंच बताया.
कार्यक्रम में पीएम मोदी ने NCC परेड की सलामी ली और परेड की सलामी गारद का निरीक्षण भी किया. इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री के सामने कई तरह के सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी प्रस्तुत किए गए. साथ ही पीएम मोदी ने NCC कैडेट्स को सम्मानित भी किया. कार्यक्रम में पीएम मोदी समेत देश के रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, देश के पहले चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ के प्रमुख बिपिन रावत भी मौजूद थे.
